Terms
The plain version of what this site is and isn’t.
This site describes a consulting service and lets you request one. It is not advice, it does not promise a financial result, and submitting the intake form does not commit either of us to anything.
What this site is
Pharmacy Margin Audit is operated by BidCurate (Aaron Crowley). The site describes a consulting service and lets you ask for one. It is informational. Using it, reading it, or submitting the intake form does not create a client relationship, an engagement, or an obligation on either side.
An engagement begins only when scope and terms are agreed directly between us, in writing, after a conversation.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site, and nothing in an audit report, is legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, clinical, or contracting advice. The audit is an operational and financial review of the data you supply, prepared by an experienced pharmacy operator rather than by a licensed adviser in any of those fields.
Contract decisions, payer participation decisions, tax treatment, and anything with a compliance dimension should be reviewed with the appropriate licensed professional before you act. Where a finding touches one of those areas, the report says so on the page it appears.
No guaranteed outcomes
No savings, recovery, or financial result is promised, projected as certain, or guaranteed — not on this site, not on a call, and not in a report. Findings are labelled by how strongly your data supports them, and estimates are labelled as estimates.
What you actually recover depends on the quality of the data you supply, the decisions you make, how the work is implemented, payer behaviour, and market conditions. Those are outside our control, and any figure presented as an opportunity is exactly that.
Accuracy of what you supply
The audit is only as good as its inputs. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and exports you provide, and for removing patient identifiers before anything leaves your building. Where supplied data is incomplete, the report states the limitation rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
The sample report
The sample report published on this site is entirely fictional. The pharmacy, the payers, the claim counts, and every dollar figure were invented to illustrate the structure and standard of the deliverable. It is not a case study, not a past client result, and not a prediction of what your audit will find.
The pilot and pricing
The founding pilot is capped at five independent pharmacies and is offered in exchange for candid feedback. Fit is confirmed before any data is requested, and we may decline a request where the pharmacy is not a sensible match for the work.
Pricing stated on this site is the planned standard price and may change. The price that applies to you is the one agreed with you before work begins.
Confidentiality
Information you share is treated as confidential and used only to assess fit and deliver the work. A mutual NDA is available on request and can be in place before any data moves. Data handling, retention, and deletion are covered in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The site content, the audit methodology, and the report format are the property of the operator. A report delivered to you is yours to use inside your business however you like. Please do not republish the methodology or the report template as your own.
Liability
The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions taken on the basis of an audit report. Any liability connected to a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Questions go to aaron@bidcurate.com.
